It was 2 months ago that I promised to share my 2nd year Algonquin College portfolio, so this is a very overdue post. Here is the completed result of 2 years of hard work, sleepless nights, and many studio injuries. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Kendal!

My beautiful niece turned one year old last month, and I was finally able to get down for a visit, and squeeze in a family portrait session for her and her mom.

Here she is at 2 weeks old, and now at a year!

A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of working with my friend Kendal Hunt for some family portraits of my own. We've been meaning to do this for AGES, but I think all that waiting, and planning, and rescheduling paid off. Thanks so much for the beautiful photos Kendal, and best of luck with your photography career in Toronto.

The End

My final portfolio for school is complete, which also means that college is over. I haven't quite decided how I feel about this just yet, but I do know that I'm happy to be able to spend some quality time at home with my daughter, and excited for what my future as a professional photographer holds.
I won't post my portfolio images just yet, because I'd rather give you a reason to come out to the Algonquin College 2010 Photography Exhibition to see them in person. There are some really talented photographers in this group, that I've been lucky enough to work with the past 2 years. Not to mention our fantastic, and supportive professors.

Creative Ad - Sneak Peak

Rose is 7 months old!

I finally got my favourite baby back into the studio today for her 7 month shoot. I love this age for photos because they're sitting up on their own, and smiling like crazy! Although Rose was telling me she was done long before I hoped, we still managed to get some great shots.

A Little Boudoir

Alex and I had WAY too much fun in the studio, shooting a boudoir calender for her boyfriend for Christmas. Here's one of my favourite's of the tamer shots. Let's hope he likes it!

Natalie + Belly

I had a great time last night shooting Natalie's maternity portrait. There's nothing like working with a model that's not only beautiful, and open-minded, but also great to talk to. Thanks again for your help with my magazine assignment Natalie!

My Twins
